  • Translate strategic direction into project plans, timelines, deliverables, and ownership across the marketing team
  • Serve as the operational lead across creative, digital, social, retail, and external partners to ensure alignment and on-time execution across all channels
  • Own and maintain the master marketing calendar, managing priorities, dependencies, and launch readiness
  • Oversee cross-channel execution for retail campaigns and product launches in partnership with retail and procurement teams
  • Build and manage a scalable marketing intake and prioritization system that balances internal and franchisee needs
Process Optimization & Performance Management
  • Develop workflows, systems, SOPs, and planning tools that improve execution efficiency and accountability
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across campaign development and cross-functional handoffs
  • Establish campaign tracking frameworks, timelines, ownership, and success metrics
  • Consolidate reporting and performance insights into executive-level summaries and actionable recommendations
  • Lead recurring campaign reviews and execution retrospectives to strengthen future delivery
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Manage and support members of the marketing team through prioritization, coaching, and execution accountability
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with Operations, Learning & Development, Franchise Development, Retail, and Procurement teams to align initiatives and execution plans
  • Serve as the escalation point for timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and execution challenges
  • Support the VP of Marketing by overseeing day-to-day execution and operational coordination
Vendor & Agency Coordination
  • Manage integrated timelines and deliverables across agency and vendor-supported initiatives
  • Establish clear expectations for scope, approvals, deadlines, and launch readiness
  • Ensure external deliverables align with campaign objectives and internal execution plans

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project leadership, or cross-functional marketing management within a multi-location or franchise environment
  • Experience supporting franchise or consumer-facing brands strongly preferred
  • Proven success building scalable workflows, planning systems, and operational processes that improved team efficiency and execution quality
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of creative, digital, and social marketing functions and operational workflows
  • Prior people management experience required
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and reporting tools including Power BI
Key Strengths for Success:
  • Strong operational and systems mindset
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and alignment across teams
  • Effective communicator and collaborative leader
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growing organization
